I agree that Linux will grow, but it needs to accepted by all hardware/software before that can happen. I.e., I'd love to try it, but it needs to work from the get go (no downloading drivers for things that don't work etc). I didn't realise the stability of one company (Apple, Inc) was held solely on one person (Steve Jobs). Surely there are people coming up with ideas for him and making decisions. Though, I guess Windows went pretty downhill when Bill Gates stood back. 7 is a good number. I hope Windows does recover a little for competition. Otherwise, I'll just have to keep begging people to <a href="http://apple.com/getamac" rel="nofollow">Get a Mac</a>. I’m going to keep an eye on these predictions.
