Night before a big presentation, Hugh worked with me for over a few hours on optimizing a presentation I had designed. At the end we discussed outcomes we wanted.
Of course, I accidently left them at the end of the slide deck when they went to go get printed. Not only did he give the advice but he caught it before we handed them out!
